Commercial Operations: Ian Wordsworth.
Ian came to the book industry from the retail sector where he worked for House of Fraser, his background is in IT and in 2002 he oversaw the implementation of the new back office system at NBNi. Ian was then asked to focus on the wider operational areas of the business; calling on his vast experience to ensure day-to-day activities are commercially effective, both for the company and its client publishers. Within this remit, the finance team, which has several long-serving and highly experienced members of staff, now also reports to Ian.

Client & Customer Services: Teresa Armstrong.
Teresa joined the NBNi team back in 2006 and has over 10 years experience of working in various roles within distribution. Originally part of the Publisher Services team, she now heads up the Client and Customer Services department. Teresa's focus is on delivering the highest level of service to both our clients and customers.

Credit Control: Tracey Lovell.
Tracey has been with the business for nearly 13 years and now leads the credit control department, which she manages highly effectively. She attends monthly meetings of the Publishers Credit Group in London. Attendance at these meetings has given us a wider view of the credit issues currently facing publishers.

Finance: Tony Woodley.
Tony has been with the business for many years and is highly experienced financial manager. He is responsible for financial reporting to the USA, preparation and monitoring of budget, publisher payments and commission income.

Information Technology: David Eagle.
David demonstrated his organisational skills by managing the project to relocate NBNi's IT infrastructure and services to the new premises in 2010, he was then asked to take on the full-time management of the IT department. After 11 years with the company, over 4 of which as our Senior Technical Support, he has a wealth of book industry, supply chain and IT experience. David is committed to developing NBNi’s IT strategy to provide the flexible, effective and robust solutions required to meet the changing demands of the industry.

New Business Development & Marketing: Toby Waller.
Toby is a member of the Certified Institute of Marketing, and has a background in both publishing and distribution with roles undertaken with trade and government publishers as well as managing an art distribution operation. He has deep understanding of online as well as physical distribution and is focused on developing new clients and new business.

Operations Development: Juliette Teague.
Juliette has been with the company for 14 years and understands the importance of the personal link between publisher and distribution service. Her role involves the management, induction and implementation of new publishers into the business. Before working in distribution, Juliette was a Department Manager at Waterstone's with responsibility for buying & customer orders.

Warehouse: Neil Tallis.
Neil welcomed the opportunity to become Warehouse Manager in 2010, having demonstrated his ability and commitment by quickly restoring our service levels after an extremely challenging warehouse relocation. A veteran of book distribution since 1996; Neil has a wealth of knowledge and practical experience with regards to the daily running of the warehouse and has gained an NVQ level 4 in warehousing and logistics. Neil’s main aim is to provide a consistently excellent service to our clients and customers.
